Refund policy

Freedom Auto Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services. Because services are performed at the time of appointment, we do not offer refunds once a service has been completed.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled at no charge.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.

No refunds are provided for completed services, missed appointments, or cancellations made without sufficient notice.
